Delivery
I endeavour to post items within 48 hours of receipt of payment by credit card. If items are paid for by cheque, I will post the item within 7 days of the receipt of cheque, although with repeat customers, I normally post within 2 days of receipt of the cheque.
All items posted within the UK are sent by First Class post or Standard Parcel, depending on the size and weight of the item. First Class Items are insured for up to £36 and Standard Parcel items are insured for up to £34 if items get lost. I cannot take responsibility for loss of items once they go in the post, but I always keep a Certificate of Posting and I am happy to make a claim on behalf of my customers.
All items sent overseas (including Europe) go by the Small Packet service. This service insures items for loss up to £36 if items get lost. If you wish your item to have additional insurance or to go by another service, please let me know and I will send you an invoice through PayPal for the cost of the item including the services of your choice.
