This is a vintage men's deep brown silk kimono with a slightly slubby texture. It's lined with a check silk. There is some stitching to the lining (see close-ups) which is rather exquisite and I believe is holding a reinforcing silk in place at the back, although there is no wear or damage to the lining. In fact, the kimono is in excellent condition other than a few minor marks to the lining. Most men's silk kimono are smooth, plain black silk. I actually prefer this one because of it's warmer look and more interesting texture.
